New Mace Spray Invention Inspired By Spiderman
Florida resident Domonique Torrence got a great idea from the well-known superhero Spiderman. Torrence created a mace spray bracelet that is able to emit different chemicals by simply flicking your wrist. The bracelet shoots out the liquid by pressing a button that is located in one's palm."You can hold your books, you can jog and if you are attacked, it's still secured to your hand," Torrence mentioned. He said that his initial inspiration to create the bracelet came from a friend of his that was attacked twice in the state of Miami.
The woman, Mary Fisher, was attacked on two separate occasions at gunpoint, and she feels as though the bracelet could save her from being attacked in the future. "I'm thinking if he grabs you around the neck, you might be able to shoot him with this and disable him," Fisher said.
The bracelet is said to cost thirty dollars, and it will be available for purchase later this year.
